Blue Hill
Sara Elizabeth Tracy, born March 26, 1947, to Frank Herrick Sr. and Edna (Merritt) Atherton, went peacefully to be with the Lord with her daughters by her side. She is survived by her daughters Elizabeth Burke and her husband, Raymond, Cheryl Thompson, Deborah Thompson and partner Art Cyr and Brenda Clark and her husband, Eric. She is also survived by three siblings, Mary Hooper, her partner Randy, John Herrick and his wife, Alice, and Marcia Hutchinson and her husband, Roger.
Sara was predeceased by her parents, her daughter’s father, sister Marjorie, brother Frank Jr., stepfather Allen and companion Charlie Deans. Sara loved playing bingo and, in her younger years, dancing. Sara was an animal lover. She leaves behind her dog Sadie. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. The family would also like to thank Dr. Joshua Brewer, Northern Light Hospital Grant 4 and Kindred Hearts Hospice. A celebration of life will be held in the spring.
