Otis
James P. Pilvines, 61, of Otis, passed away on June 11, 2022. Born Oct. 25, 1960, in Claremont, N.H., Jim was the son of John Pilvines and the late Patricia (Dolan) Pilvines, and brother of the late John Pilvines Jr. and Lynne (Pilvines) Nybo, all of Massachusetts. Jim leaves behind his wife, Lori (Rocchio) Pilvines, and four fur kids, Emma, Bianca, Henry and Harvey.
A retired commercial fisherman, Jim was a dedicated husband and fur dad, caring for several special needs and hospice animals over the years. He had a big heart and was always willing to help someone in need. His sharp wit brought joy to those who knew him, and many recognized him from the radio as “Jim from Otis” or “Psycho Farmer.” He lived life his way, without compromise.
