Rob, 56, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 2, 2021, at an Ellsworth hospital, surrounded by loved ones, from complications of COVID-19.

He fished bass tournaments statewide.

Higgins of Bar Harbor; special friend Jill Bemis of Levant; nieces Grace and Kylie Higgins and Valentina Rozeff; nephews Quincy Rozeff and Tristan Higgins; several cousins and dog Reba. All the dogs in his life were special to him.

A celebration of Rob’s life will be held later in the spring. Donations can be made on a Go Fund Me to benefit his daughter or to the SPCA of Hancock County, 141 Bar Harbor Road, Trenton, ME 04605.
