Stacey Ellen Stevens (DeBeck, Doe ) died in a Dallas, Texas, hospital intensive care of COVID with her daughters Sabrina DeBeck and MacKenzi (Stanley) Stevens present outside the room and in her final moments talking to her over the phone.
