Gregory David Gordon, age 62, passed away on March 9, 2019, after a long illness. He was born September 7, 1956, in Bar Harbor. He was the son of the late Cecil E. Gordon and Martha E. (Gregory) Gordon White.

Greg grew up in Sullivan and graduated from Sumner Memorial High School in 1974. He graduated from Washington County Vocational Technical Institute in 1976, with a degree in diesel mechanics.

He will be greatly missed.

He was predeceased by his father, Cecil E. Gordon, and his beloved wife, Barbara. He is survived by his mother, Martha, his sisters Marce Marcoux and Frank, Mary Lou Lane and Steven, brother James Gordon and Chris, nieces Miranda Vallor and Mark, Carrie Gordon and Matt, Megan Rowell and Ben, Jessica Simpson and Ben, Lauren Harney and CJ, nephew Michael Marcoux and Michelle, brother-in-law Robert Kief, sister-in-law Kristi Hodkiewicz, three grand-nieces, a grand-nephew, and his very special cat Zoe.

A graveside celebration of life will be held this spring for both Greg and his wife, Barbara.
