Jon (Jack) Robert Forni
February 10, 1941 – July 7, 2018
Jack Forni, age 77, of Ellsworth, passed away on July 7 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Jack had requested an informal gathering of friends and family to share memories. In Jack’s honor, a celebration of life will be held at the Ellsworth Elks Lodge on High Street on Sunday, Sept. 30. The celebration of life will be held from 2 to 4 p.m.
