ELLSWORTH
Michael S. Scholes, 50, of Ellsworth died unexpectedly Sept. 9, 2018. He was born March 21, 1968, in Manchester, N.H.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jean Stratton Scholes, and sons Adam Clark and Noah Scholes of Ellsworth. He is also survived by his father, Ernest Scholes, and wife, Theresa; a brother, Steven Scholes, and wife, Patricia, sister Susan Duval and husband, David, sister Linda Scholes Duval, and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Corinne Lafond, and her husband, Harold.
There will be a celebration of life for Mike Oct. 13, at the Elks Lodge in Ellsworth at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Scholes family in care of P.O. Box 610, Ellsworth.
