HANCOCK
Dean E. Woodworth passed away on March 22, 2018, at a Boston hospital.
He was born to Calvin and Ida Woodworth of Hancock on Aug. 2, 1958. Father to Matthew F. Woodworth, brother to Brian Woodworth and Jill Gaspar, Uncle to several nephews and great-nieces.
Dean graduated from Sumner Memorial High School. Then he went on to graduate from EMCC in Bangor. He served in the United States Coast Guard from 1979 to 1991.
Dean enjoyed being around his family and friends, loved hunting, fishing and boating. He worked for Helen’s Restaurant in Ellsworth for 22 years. He really enjoyed working there and was great at what he did.
Dean has now joined his father and brother (Calvin and Brian) in Heaven.
A service will be determined at a later date.
