DEER ISLE
Elizabeth Ann Cicoro went to be with the Lord Sept. 18, 2017, after a long battle with addiction. She was born Aug. 16, 1994, to Richard Cicoro.
Liz had many friends and family who loved and supported her through numerous life tribulations, and many joyful moments. Hard work was something that came naturally to her, and she conquered it with ease.
She is survived by her ultimate pride and joy “Critter” Christopher James, Dedra and Jess Leach of Penobscot, Charley and Brigid Wentworth, Rachel, Cece, Marty, Maggie, Joe and Laura Wentworth of Verona Island. Dear friends, Christina Martel, the Washburn family, Sonny Stinson and boyfriend Matt Gormley. She was predeceased by her loving father, Richard Cicoro of Deer Isle. The bond between them was truly special. Also by Stuart Leach of Penobscot, the loving father of her son, and her forever friend.
We want Elizabeth to be remembered for her fun-loving self, her faith, her beautiful smile and her warm hugs.
We are asking for anyone suffering from addiction to please seek help before it’s too late.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017, at St. Vincent De Paul’s Catholic Church, 60 Franklin St., Bucksport.
